"Eyebrow Raise"
Since I've been at TWB I've accumulated a few video clips that I either shot or was the producer. In this clip I was the producer, which basically meant that I setup the guest and monitored the audio. The day before Sen. Trent Lott had just retired from the Senate and he was in a pretty good mood. This picks up right at the end of his interview with FOX and shows him giving me the "Eyebrow Raise." It's in quotations because I'm not quite sure if it completely explains the expression... maybe "eyebrow spasm?" Have you got a better term for it? I might have some more clips up later... stay tuned.
TED Talks
If you haven't yet checked out TED.com it's time. From wikipedia:
TED (Technology Entertainment Design) is an annual conference held in Monterey, California and recently, semi-annually in other cities around the world. TED describes itself as a "group of remarkable people that gather to exchange ideas of incalculable value". Its lectures cover a broad set of topics including science, arts, politics, global issues, architecture, music and more.I've watched a few of these videos, but my co-worker watches them all the time. I've seen Bono's, J.J. Abrams', and a few others... one about at war documentary that almost put me in tears. It is just all around interesting stuff. They also have an award every year for three people, each get to make one wish to ask those at the conference and $100,000. Bono is the only person I saw make a wish and it was for 1 million people to join up with One.org. Wiki says he got his wish.

Nice Work Ikea
This is one of the best online adds I've seen. Take a look into someone's bedroom as they enjoy an intimate moment for a second. Safe for work... as always.
And for a bit of craziness checkout Food Fight. Both via Ticklebooth.

I Wish
I wish picking a presidential candidate was as easy as picking the one with the best campaigning ad. This video is amazing. A beautiful collage of talented people, great prophetic language, and music. Hope is the message. It is stunning! I believe they could have done something more visually pleasing than a split screen for the Obama clips, maybe a projection on a wall? Anyhow, it takes a little to getting going but makes it all the more worth it as it sweeps up into, "Yes We Can."
I just wish it was that easy.
